ABOUT US:

We are a leading luxury limousine service provider in the UAE, dedicated to delivering exceptional and seamless transportation experiences to our clients. We are currently looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team and ensure the financial health and compliance of our operations.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of accounting experience in the transportation or service industry (limousine industry experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT laws and accounting standards.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho) and MS Excel.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic/Urdu/Hindi is a plus).

• Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and journals.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, and petty cash.
• Prepare and file VAT returns in compliance with UAE regulations.
• Monitor driver trip sheets, fuel expenses, and other operational costs.
• Coordinate with management for budgeting and cost control measures.
• Ensure timely payroll preparation for drivers and office staff.
• Liaise with external auditors, banks, and other stakeholders as required.
