Full job descriptionWhat you will be doing?

  • Entity Accounting & Compliance: Reconcile general ledgers, manage balance sheets/P&Ls, build depreciation schedules, and prepare tax returns for complex structures including companies, trusts (unit/discretionary/hybrid), partnerships, and individuals.

  • Audit & SMSF Support: Assist lead directors with payroll-based audit procedures, and utilize Class Super for Self-Managed Super Fund (SMSF) accounting, tax return preparation, and audit file assembly.
  • Practice Management: Maintain accurate timesheets, monitor Work-in-Progress (WIP), and perform ad-hoc administrative and operational tasks for the Directors.

Who should apply?

  • Education: Tertiary degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field; CA or CPA qualification completed or currently in progress.
  • Experience: 3–5 years of accounting experience within public practice or professional services.

  • High attention to detail with strong financial and numerical analytical skills.
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-starter attitude with a drive to learn directly from senior industry leaders.

What’s in it for you?

  • Supportive & Rewarding Culture: Work in a fun, satisfying, and safe workplace guided by core values (integrity, respect, teamwork, achievement, and innovation) where individual contributions are recognized and rewarded.
  • Structured Mentorship & Career Development: Receive clear task briefs and execution plans directly from senior accountants and directors, helping you develop your technical workflow and work toward partner-level sign-offs.
  • Proactive Client Exposure: Gain hands-on experience delivering customized, proactive CFO and accounting advice rather than just reactive compliance.
  • Modern & Flexible Services: Build experience in an innovative, highly adaptable client-focused environment that goes beyond traditional accounting and auditing routines.
  • Work-Life Balance: Enjoy the flexible hybrid model (3 days office / 2 days WFH).
  • Full CA/CPA Support: Mentorship, study leave, and financial backing for your professional qualifications.

Pay: $70,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
