Job Description As a part of our OtC department, your main responsibilities will be: Performing the end-to-end OtC processes that may include accounting documents processing, bank statement booking, cash allocation, dunning; AR accounting processes for legal entities being under responsibility; Consolidation and confirmation of balances and transactions in group companies; Monthly, quarterly and annual closing activities including completion of sub-ledger postings, reconciliations, aging analysis, sub-ledger cut-off; Ensuring compliance with policies and procedures; Creating and updating process documentation; Preparation of documentation for audit purposes; Participation in projects improvement existing processes; Active cooperation with other departments, company units and trading partners; Qualifications What are we expecting: Education: At least bachelor degree (Finance, Accounting or related); Experience: In finance area, within BPO/SSC is an asset Languages: Very good English (both writing and speaking); Skills: Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel; Additional qualities: Diligence, reliability, attention to details and good organization skills; Energy and drive to succeed What we offer: Competitive salary including annual bonus Flexible working hours Attractive package of benefits: private medical care, group life insurance, MyBenefit system, Multisport card Opportunity to receive a bonus award from Internal Referral Program Possibility to develop yours career International and creative work environment Possibility to build processes and standards Additional Information We support your development!
