JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Part-Time Accountant/Bookkeeper to join our team three days a week at our San Francisco office. The ideal candidate must have experience in the architecture, engineering, interior design or construction industries. Ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles. This role requires proficiency in financial software and a strong understanding of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles). The Bookkeeper will play a critical role in supporting the financial health of our organization.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

• Demonstrable experience with Deltek Vision software.Minimum 4 years of accounting experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Experience with revenue, deferred revenue, and accrual accounting.
• Proficiency in cash management and year-end closing.
• Solid understanding of GAAP standards and strong technical accounting skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Team player, personable, and enthusiastic about participating in firm-wide meetings and activities.
