Position: Accountant Payable Company: Kasrawy Group Contract Details: Full-time, Permanent The Kasrawy Group is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant Payable to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. As an Accountant Payable, you will be responsible for managing the company's accounts payable process and ensuring accurate and timely payment of invoices and expenses. Key Responsibilities: - Process and review all incoming invoices, ensuring accuracy and completeness - Match invoices with purchase orders and receiving documents - Verify and reconcile vendor statements - Prepare and process payments to vendors, including checks, ACH, and wire transfers - Monitor and maintain accounts payable aging report - Communicate with vendors to resolve any discrepancies or issues - Assist with month-end close and accruals for accounts payable - Maintain organized and accurate records of all accounts payable transactions - Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate processing of payments - Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable - Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experience with accounting software - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Experience in the construction industry is a plus We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for growth and development within our company.
