Fales Grand General Trading LLC is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Accountant with hands-on expertise in Odoo Accounting to manage accounts payable, receivable and general accounting tasks. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in Commerce and an MBA, is fluent in English and is capable of growing into a future team leader or serving as a backup for the Accounts Manager.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce and an MBA in Finance or Accounting.
• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Proficient in Odoo Accounting (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of UAE accounting practices and VAT regulations.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Willing to undergo a 30–45 days trial period.
• Immediate availability is required.

• Manage Accounts Payable: invoice verification, vendor payments, reconciliation.
• Handle Accounts Receivable: invoicing, customer follow-ups, collections tracking.
• Record and maintain all financial transactions in Odoo ERP accurately and timely.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports for management.
• Assist in bank reconciliations, ledger maintenance and expense monitoring.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Collaborate with internal departments for financial clarity and compliance.
• Coordinate with external auditors and assist in audits as required.
• Act as a backup for the Accounts Manager when needed.
• Willing to take on future team leadership responsibilities.
