We are looking for a Finance Expert – Accounts Payable (m/f/d) to join our business unit as soon as possible.This is what you can expectAccounting – You will be responsible for accounts payable and fixed asset accounting, ensuring the timely recording, verification, and payment of incoming invoices.

Optimization – You will continuously develop existing processes and workflows and contribute your own ideas for increasing efficiency.

Quality – You will independently conduct process controls in accounting and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.

Financial Statements – You will be responsible for monthly and annual financial statements as well as quality assurance, confidently addressing tax and accounting issues.

Collaboration – As the central point of contact, you will work closely with internal stakeholders, auditors, and departments such as IT and purchasing, and independently manage (sub-)projects.This is what you bring with you

  • You have successfully completed a degree in business administration, economics or a comparable qualification, for example as a certified accountant.
  • Several years of professional experience in accounts payable, fixed asset accounting or a comparable financial environment will enable you to confidently handle accounting and tax issues.
  • Solid knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Cloud and very good Excel skills will help you to manage processes efficiently and in a data-driven manner.
  • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken, will make it easier for you to collaborate with different stakeholders.
  • You impress with a structured and independent work style, analytical thinking skills, a high affinity for numbers, and excellent communication skills.
