We are looking for an Accountant/ Payroll Administrator to organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures, as well as maintain our books on a daily basis, run payroll and be responsible for A/R and A/P duties.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
  • Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment
  • Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time
  • Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office lease
  • Manage office General and Administrative budget, ensure accurate and timely reporting
