Job Description:
A well-established organization in the Building Materials sector is seeking an experienced Accountant (fluent in Hindi & English) to strengthen its finance team. The role involves managing the full accounting cycle, ensuring compliance with UAE tax regulations, and providing financial analysis and reporting support to management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily bookkeeping and journal entries.
• Oversee the full accounting cycle, including general ledger, bank reconciliations, profit & loss, and balance sheet finalization.
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, MIS reports, and cash flow forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and other financial regulations.
• Handle accounts payable, receivable, and overall cash flow management.
• Coordinate with banks, auditors, and other external authorities.
• Support management with budgeting, financial analysis, and feasibility studies for property projects.
• Maintain effective internal controls and manage ERP-based accounting processes (Tally preferred).

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience in the UAE.
• Strong understanding of UAE VAT, MIS reporting, and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (Tally) and MS Excel.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to work independently.
