THE ROLE

You will play a key role in the firm’s day-to-day operations, managing a broad client portfolio and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
There is the opportunity to transition into a partnership position if desired, to take over the practice.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Managing a portfolio of clients across various industries, providing expert accounting and tax advice.
• Overseeing financial statements, VAT returns, payroll, and tax planning.
• Conducting audits and ensuring compliance with UK accounting regulations.
• Advising clients on financial planning, business structuring, and tax efficiencies.
• Maintaining strong client relationships and growing the firm’s portfolio through business development.
• Supporting the firm’s long-term succession plan by progressively taking on greater managerial and ownership responsibilities.
• Managing junior and senior staff
