QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree in Accountancy / ACCA Level 3 or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience in a similar position, especially accounts closing and reporting
• Proficiency in both English and Korean is required to liaise with Korean speaking clients

Preferred:

• Prior exposure to Xero is an added advantage
• Advanced Excel Skills
• Candidate with a short notice period or immediate availability would have an advantage

• Prepare and analysis monthly management reports and business reviews
• Support efficiency improvements including simplification of reports, analysis tools and automation of reporting
• Activity involved in new financial system of deployment
• Collaborative with cross-functional teams to support the monthly close process; ensure the integrity of financial data
• Prepare timely payments to suppliers and ensure invoices are duly authorized in accordance to company policies
• Prepare supporting documents for audits and GST returns
