QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience as an accountant, preferably within the holiday homes or real estate sector.
• Proficiency with accounting software and MS Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

  Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per mont

• Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Monthly Reporting: Prepare and present monthly revenue reports to management.
• Manage Booking Platforms: Manage Booking Platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com list new properties, update the pricing accourding to the market.
