JOB DESCRIPTION:

Almaimana Accounting & Bookkeeping is seeking a qualified and detail-oriented female Accountant with at least 1 year of UAE experience in real estate accounting. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in property-related financial transactions, VAT compliance, and accounting software, along with strong communication skills and attention to detail.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum 1 year of UAE experience in real estate accounting
  • Familiarity with RERA, Ejari system, and property transaction workflows
  • Strong knowledge of UAE VAT laws and accounting principles
  • Proficient in accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, or Zoho Books
  • Excellent command of English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and organizational skills
  • Female candidates only (due to team composition requirements)
Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day accounting related to property sales, leases, commissions, and service charges
  • Maintain accurate client and vendor ledgers, ensuring alignment with UAE VAT laws
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Handle bank reconciliations, payment tracking, and cash flow monitoring
  • Process invoices, receipts, deposits, and follow-up on outstanding balances
  • Monitor contract renewals, maintenance costs, and other property-related expenses
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting for real estate projects
  • Ensure compliance with Ejari, RERA, and other real estate regulations
  • Support internal and external audits with accurate documentation
  • Organize and maintain up-to-date accounting records and contracts
