• Leading the finance administration function for all site invoicing, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Supporting the site admin team with correct data input and invoice processing.
• Verifying invoicing against contracted rates and applying correct margins for non-contracted services.
• Liaising with technical assessors to ensure accurate pricing for new items.
• Preparing month-end accruals and collaborating with finance colleagues for reporting.
• Creating and maintaining invoice trackers, issuing invoices in a timely manner.
• Driving data integrity and process improvements across internal systems.
• Managing and developing admin staff, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Acting as a super user for internal databases and tracking systems.
