Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Accountant with a strong background in the Real Estate industry to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger entries.
Prepare and review financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss reports.
Handle accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and cash flow management.
Manage invoicing, collection, and follow-up of payments from clients and tenants.
Prepare VAT returns and ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Coordinate with auditors and provide required documentation.
Monitor real estate transactions, commission structures, and property-related expenses.
Provide financial insights to support management decision-making.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in the Real Estate sector in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, IFRS, and UAE VAT laws.
Excellent MS Excel skills.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
