Maintain and monitor monthly Sales Tax Filings (Note: SurTax now doing)
Compute and process 4 monthly Journal Entries
Perform certain GL Account Reconciliations on a Monthly or Quarterly basis
Maintain and update Fixed Asset system, including Additions and Depreciation
Run Standard Commission Reports on a monthly basis
Responsible for securing collection of past due Accounts Receivable Invoices
Lead the annual MDI Budget Process to be completed by Thanksgiving
Process customer returned items on a weekly basis, including issuance of Credit Memos (RMAs)
Monthly Bank Compliance Reporting
Monthly Sales Forecasting
Tax Reporting support for Corporate Returns
Review and Supervision of annual 1099 process (Clerks handle, this position can answer questions)
Other responsibilities as determined by the Director of Finance
Journal Entries, Account Reconciliation, Fixed Asset Accounting
