• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage billing activities, including reviewing and processing invoices.
• Perform month-end closing tasks, including preparing and posting journal entries.
• Reconcile accounts to maintain precise financial records and resolve discrepancies.
• Export and transfer data from files into the accounting system efficiently.
• Assist in accrual accounting, ensuring accurate financial reporting.
• Collaborate with team members to support various accounting functions and initiatives.
• Utilize basic Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis and reporting tasks.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in handling journal entries and other accounting tasks.
• Proficiency in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and billing processes.
• Familiarity with accrual-based accounting principles.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data entry and reporting purposes.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with team members.
• Experience with accounting systems such as Business Central is a plus, though not mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate financial records.
