  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including the ability to perform V lookups, create and work with pivot tables and macros

Responsibilities
  • Participate in monthly client invoicing
  • Maintain complex revenue spreadsheets and manage revenue allocation across multiple services
  • Ensure the proper accounting and reporting of employee’s billable hours through our billing system
  • Process accounts payable and maintain vendor accounts
  • Ensure that receivables are collected promptly and receive customer payments
  • Reconcile bank and credit card statements
  • Maintain an orderly accounting filing system
  • Serve as the company’s Concur expense software administrator and audit employee expense reports
  • Maintain company’s fixed assets schedules by classifying fixed assets, calculating depreciation, recording disposals and completing property tax return
  • Prepare sales and use tax returns based on reporting requirements
  • Participate in monthly and year-end accounting close cycles
  • Continuously improve processes to scale with the organization
  • Complete ad hoc analyses and other duties as assigned by the Senior Controller
