OB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Accountant with at least 5 years of experience in financial reporting, profit & loss (P&L) analysis, cost control studies, and preparing comprehensive MIS reports. The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting knowledge and be capable of delivering data-driven insights for business decision-making.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• B.Com degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and cost control methods.
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software such as Tally / SAP / QuickBooks (as applicable).
• Experience in data analysis and financial modeling is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

• Prepare and analyze Profit & Loss (P&L) statements on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Conduct cost-related studies to support budgeting, cost control, and profitability analysis.
• Generate Management Information System (MIS) reports to assist senior management in strategic planning and operational decision-making.
• Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs), variances, and financial trends.
• Assist in the budgeting and forecasting process.
• Support audits by preparing required documentation and financial data.
• Reconcile accounts and ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather financial data and understand business performance drivers.
