We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant with experience in the 5-gallon bottled water industry in the UAE to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day financial transactions and settlements, oversee cost controls, and support operations with accurate financial reporting tailored to a bottled water production and distribution environment. Experience with Tally and ODOO software for daily 5-gallon truck settlements is required.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in a 5-gallon bottled water company (Prefered).
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Knowledge of UAE VAT and financial regulations.
• Good communication (English, Malayalam and Hindi) and organisational skills.

• Handle full-cycle accounting: accounts payable, receivable, journal entries, and general ledger.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Monitor and reconcile inventory and production costs (specific to 5-gallon water bottling).
• Manage billing, customer accounts, and route-based collections.
• Handle VAT filings and compliance with UAE regulations.
• Manage Petty cash, and banking operations.
• Use and manage accounting software (Tally & ODOO)
