We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring financial excellence and compliance, supporting both day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives. You’ll work across financial reporting, compliance, payroll, and broader business support.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 3-5 years in accounting or finance roles, with demonstrated expertise in payroll, financial transactions, and compliance reporting.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB) and advanced skills in Excel or financial modelling tools.
  • Familiarity with Australian Taxation Office (ATO) compliance and reporting requirements. Registration or licensing for auditing is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to communicate financial concepts effectively to diverse stakeholders.
