Indraaj is a cutting-edge Accounting & ERP solution designed for SMEs and enterprises in the UAE. With compliance-ready features, seamless usability, and localized support, Indraaj is transforming the way businesses manage their accounts.
We are expanding in the UAE and looking for a female accountant with strong sales and communication skills who can convert leads, provide product demos, and train clients on how to maximize the use of Indraaj ERP.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Female candidate only.
  • Must be on a spousal visa or have her own valid UAE visa.
  • Exceptional communication and selling skills — confident in client presentations and negotiations.
  • Background in Accounting/Finance (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Prior experience in sales, ERP/Software demonstrations, or client success is an advantage.
  • Strong community ties within the desi business community in the UAE.
  • Energetic, persuasive, and result-driven personality.

Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

This is a hybrid role combining accounting knowledge, sales expertise, and customer-facing interaction. The ideal candidate will confidently handle warm leads generated from paid and performance marketing, give impactful demos and training sessions, and ensure smooth onboarding of clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Call and engage with marketing-qualified leads to convert them into paying subscribers.
  • Provide professional product demonstrations and training sessions for Indraaj ERP to local clientele.
  • Understand client requirements and tailor product presentations to address their accounting and compliance needs.
  • Build long-term relationships with SMEs, accountants, and finance managers in the UAE.
  • Act as a bridge between sales and client success, ensuring smooth onboarding.
  • Support marketing and sales teams by sharing client insights to improve pitches and campaigns.
