• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in Tally / ERP / MS Excel.
• Familiarity with GST, TDS, and other taxation laws.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA in Finance / CA Inter (preferred).
• 2–5 years of accounting experience (Fresher with strong knowledge may also be considered).

• Manage daily accounting transactions including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
• Prepare and maintain general ledger, trial balance, and financial statements.
• Handle GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, and other statutory compliances.
• Process payroll, maintain employee records, and ensure timely salary disbursement.
• Reconcile bank statements and vendor/customer accounts.
• Coordinate with auditors for annual audits and compliance checks.
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely follow-up.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and MIS reporting.
• Maintain proper documentation and support internal financial controls.
