GENERAL LEDGER FUNCTION

• Monitor and check completeness and reasonableness of expenses recorded in the I&E
• Review general journal entries for expenses, accruals, allocations and adjustments.
• Monthly update of currency exchange rates in Finance ERP system
• Responsible to drive and execute the Month End Closing process
• Prepare GL related schedules and reconciliations.
• Review bank reconciliations and ensure follow-up actions for closure.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Accounting / Finance / ACCA or equivalent professional qualification with 5-7 years of experience.
• Possess integrity and ability to exercise discretion in confidential matters.
• Meticulous, proactive, independent and able to work under pressure.
• Good interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Competency in MS Office, especially MS Excel
• Working experience in ERP systems, Dynamic BC365 preferred
