Role Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to support global bookkeeping, financial reporting, month-end close, reconciliations, and accounting operations across multiple international entities. This role is part of a Global Finance Shared Services team and ensures accurate financial records, strong compliance, and reliable reporting across all business units. Key Responsibilities Maintain and update the general ledger for all entities Record journal entries and ensure proper transaction classification Perform monthly bank reconciliations across all accounts Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities Assist in preparation of financial statements and reports Support internal and external audits with required documentation Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of financial data across systems Maintain proper documentation and supporting schedules for all transactions Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) 100% accuracy in monthly bank reconciliations Month-end close completed within 7 working days Zero material errors in journal entries and ledger postings 95%+ accuracy in financial data entry and processing All supporting schedules maintained and audit-ready at all times No unreconciled items older than 30 days Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field ICAN / ACCA (part-qualified or qualified preferred) 3–6 years of accounting experience Strong understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy Preferred Experience Experience in multi-entity or shared services environments Exposure to international financial reporting Experience supporting audits and compliance processes Ability to work in fast-paced, remote or hybrid environments How to Apply Interested candidates should submit: Updated CV Brief summary of accounting experience Details of accounting systems and tools used Why Join Resiliv Opportunity to work in a global finance shared services environment Exposure to multi-country accounting operations Career growth within a fast-scaling international organization Structured and process-driven finance function
