We need one accountant to manage the finances of both small businesses.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

This position performs the following tasks:

  • Manage invoicing and accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Submit employee payroll to ADP payroll processing company.
  • Prepare financial reports for staff, leadership, owner, and CPA Tax Accountant.
  • Reconcile bank and credit card statements.
  • Monitor project budgets for various clients, including tracking receipts for reimbursable expenses.
  • Analyze financial statements, uncover insights, and provide recommendations.
  • Monitor and forecast the company’s cash flow.
  • Manage company banking and credit.
  • Prepare quarterly tax reports and ensure taxes are filed by deadlines.
  • Provide payroll data for Workers Comp and General Liability insurance audits.
  • File applications and renewals for small business and women-owned business certifications.
  • Manage company 401K and Flexible spending account resources and vendors.
  • Purchase office supplies and equipment as needed.
