Description

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of proven accounting experience, preferably in the interior fit-out, construction, or contracting industry.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE accounting practices and VAT laws.
  • Experience in project cost tracking and financial reporting.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

  • Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, or Zoho Books.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).

SOFT SKILLS:

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per mont
Responsibilities

✅ Financial Management:

  • Maintain and update accounting records, including ledgers, invoices, and receipts.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow).
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.

✅ Accounts Payable & Receivable:

  • Process invoices, payments, and ensure timely collection from clients.
  • Follow up with vendors and clients regarding payment discrepancies.
  • Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow regularly.

✅ VAT Compliance & Filing:

  • Ensure accurate calculation and submission of VAT returns.
  • Maintain VAT records and ensure compliance with UAE regulations.
  • Assist in tax audits and provide necessary documentation when required.

✅ Budgeting & Cost Control:

  • Assist in preparing annual budgets and forecasts.
  • Monitor project expenses and ensure adherence to approved budgets.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and suggest improvements.

✅ Payroll & WPS Processing:

  • Process monthly payroll and ensure compliance with WPS regulations.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy in payroll disbursement.

✅ Documentation & Reporting:

  • Prepare periodic management reports for senior management.
  • Maintain organized records for audits and internal reviews.
