The candidate should be proficient in accounting principles and software. The candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently and as part of a team. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and be able to effectively communicate financial information to various stakeholders. The candidate should be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
