Responsibilities
  • You will manage a portfolio of companies, overseeing all transactions from A to Z. This includes maintaining accurate accounting records, cashbook entries, managing expenses, payroll records, and posting all necessary month/year-end transactions.
  • You’ll be responsible for analyzing legal documents such as sales or purchase agreements, loan, and subscription agreements.
  • Preparing annual accounts in compliance with Lux GAAP, as well as filing tax returns, periodic and annual VAT returns, and regulatory reports (e.g., BCL reports), will be part of your duties.
  • You will handle inquiries from auditors, clients, and tax authorities while addressing any internal accounting-related issues.
  • You’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with various clients.
  • Reporting on client needs and demands will be a key aspect of your role.
  • You will assist with other accounting projects to enhance process efficiency, including providing guidance to junior accountants.
  • Staying up to date with accounting, regulatory, tax, and legal developments relevant to your role, and advising management on necessary actions, will be part of your responsibilities.
