• Research and compare prices for quotations on required goods or services.
• Make purchases based on the most cost-effective quotations.
• Record all purchases and expenses in the accounting system for accurate tracking.
• Manage and document all accounting transactions, ensuring proper categorization and allocation.
• Managing petty cash
• Reconcile accounts payable by verifying invoices with purchase orders and receipts.
• Pending payment follow-up through emails/calls.
• Reconcile accounts receivable by matching customer payments with invoices issued.
• Prepare monthly payroll accurately, considering salaries, taxes, and deductions.
• Enter bills into the accounting system promptly to keep records up to date and accurate.
