Job Responsibilities: Manage all invoicing activities for IMR Test Labs Singapore and the Laser Peening division. Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, ensuring timely billing, collections and payments. Perform accurate and timely ledger entries. Perform monthly bank and account reconciliations. Manage month-end closing activities and prepare financial and management reports. Manage the annual budgeting and forecasting process. Support quarterly and annual tax filings, including GST reporting, ensuring compliance with local regulations. Coordinate and support internal and external financial audits, including annual statutory audits. Provide monthly employee timesheets to the outsourced payroll agency and ensure payroll is processed accurately and on time. Supervise and guide the Admin & Accounts Assistant to ensure efficient execution of accounting and administrative tasks supporting laboratory operations. Assist in other finance and administrative tasks as required by management. Requirements: Degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent professional qualification. Minimum 4 to 6 years of relevant accounting and finance experience, preferably in a small-to-medium enterprise environment. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting. Experience with budgeting, audits and month-end closing. Proficient in accounting and ERP systems. QuickBooks experience is an advantage. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. No unsolicited agency submittals please.
