We are a luxury lounge dedicated to providing an exceptional guest experience through premium service and attention to detail. We are looking for an organized and cost-conscious Accountant Store Keeper to join our team and manage bar inventory and daily mise en place.

REQUIREMENTS:

• At Least 2 years of Experience in store keeping, managing financial records, inventory control, or a related role.
• Basic accounting knowledge and record-keeping skills.
• Strong organizational and negotiation abilities.
• Attention to detail and proactive approach.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Good communication skills.
• Familiarity with luxury hospitality environments is a plus.

  Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Bar/Luxury Lounge: 3 years (Preferred)

• Regularly check bar inventory items and ensure timely replacement.
• Source and procure items at the best possible prices without compromising quality.
• Maintain accurate records of stock, purchases, and expenses for accounting purposes.
• Perform daily mise en place preparation to ensure the lounge is ready for service.
• Collaborate with suppliers to find cheaper options and negotiate prices.
• Monitor stock levels and usage patterns to minimize waste.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas according to hygiene standards.
• Coordinate with management to align inventory with budget and operational needs.
