Kiểm soát tiền gửi ngân hàng / Control of bank deposits. Kiểm soát dư nợ từ khách hàng / Control outstanding payment from customers. Kiểm soát tiền mặt / Cash control. Kiểm soát chữ ký của người được ủy quyền trong ngân hàng / Control bank authorized signer. Kiểm soát tiền gửi - đã nhận / Control over deposits received. Hằng năm, kết hợp với Quản lý tòa nhà, Văn phòng chính, thành lập và dự đoán ngân sách cho các hoạt động của dự án để duy trì việc sử dụng ngân sách trong sự cho phép / Annually, in conjunction with the Property Manager, Department Heads, establish and compile all budgets and forecasts covering all activities of the project and to maintain all budget control procedures. Báo cáo chi tiết thu chi hàng tháng / Detailed reports on monthly revenues. Báo cáo thu hồi nợ xấu / Bad debt recovery report. Theo dõi dòng tiền / Keep tracking of the money. Báo cáo hàng tồn kho (hàng quý) / Inventory report (quarterly). Đưa ra các kiến nghị cho Chủ đầu tư / Advance suggestions to the Investor. Kiểm tra báo cáo thuế GTGT đầu vào và đầu ra, báo cáo Bizzi hàng tháng của dự án / Check the monthly report of input and output VAT, Bizzi report of projects. Giám sát việc kê khai và nộp thuế dưới MST của Ban quản trị / Monitor the tax declaration and payment for BOCs tax code. Các báo cáo khác theo yêu cầu của VPC / Ad-hoc reports from HO. Đóng góp ý kiến tạo ra các quy định, quy tắc quản lý / Contribute ideas to create regulations, management rules. Tạo mối quan hệ tốt với Kiểm toán viên, Luật sư và Ngân hàng / Contribute to relations with Auditors, Lawyers and Banks. Phát triển / thực hiện các chính sách và thủ tục / Develop / implement policies and procedures. Đảm bảo các quy trình và các điều chỉnh trong quy trình được thực hiện và áp dụng kịp thời cho bộ phận kế toán tương tự như sách hướng dẫn cho nhân viên trong các bộ phận / Ensure that timely procedures and controls are in, implemented for the Accounting Department as guidelines for staff within the other department. Tham gia thống kê, báo cáo số lượng hàng tồn kho và xác định chúng được sử dụng đúng cách / Take part in statistics, reporting inventory quantities and ascertain how they are used properly. Chịu trách nhiệm quản lý công tác hàng ngày của bộ phận kế toán / Be responsible for day-to-day management of the Accounting Department YÊU CẦU / REQUIREMENTS: Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng Đại học chuyên ngành Kế toán Tài chính Ngân hàng / Graduate from College or University majoring in Accounting, Finance Banking. Bằng cấp chứng chỉ về quản lý / Diploma /Degree in Management. Kỹ năng ứng xử đàm phán và giao tiếp tốt để giao tiếp với đồng nghiệp khách hàng và các bên liên quan khác / Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills for liaising with colleagues, customers and other stakeholders. Khả năng làm việc với các nguồn Công nghệ thông tin nhu cơ sở dữ liệu và bảng tính để thu nhập và quản lý thông tin / Ability to work with IT resources such as databases and spreadsheets for the collection and management of information. Ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực liên quan / At least 2 years experience in related field. Anh ngữ thành thạo (cả nói và viết) / Proficient English (both speaking and writing).
