CardoO is hiring Accountant Job description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant with a strong background in Odoo ERP and hands-on experience in the retail, trading, or distribution industry. The ideal candidate will manage daily accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and support inventory and cost control processes within a fast-paced business environment. Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day accounting transactions (AP, AR, GL entries) - Handle invoicing, billing, and payment follow-ups - Perform bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring - Maintain accurate inventory accounting and stock reconciliation - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports - Manage VAT/tax filings and compliance - Monitor cost of goods sold (COGS) and margins - Work closely with operations and warehouse teams for stock control - Ensure accurate data entry and reporting within Odoo ERP - Assist in audits and financial reviews Skills: - Proven experience working with Odoo ERP system - Minimum 2–5 years of accounting experience - Background in retail, trading, or distribution companies - Strong understanding of inventory accounting and cost control - Knowledge of VAT/tax regulations - Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - High level of accuracy and attention to detail Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CMA – preferred but not mandatory)
