SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Professional Accounting Qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
• 10+ years post-qualification experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of Irish/UK GAAP, US GAAP, and IFRS.
• Experience reviewing NAVs.
• Proven people leadership, with the ability to motivate, mentor, and manage teams.
• Strong client service orientation and ability to engage confidently with stakeholders.
• Private Equity Fund Accounting knowledge (or willingness to develop quickly).

• Lead and support a growing Private Equity Fund Accounting team.
• Review and oversee NAVs, valuations, and client reporting to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
