ACCOUNTANT – QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• 1–3 years of accounting experience.
• Proficiency in spreadsheet applications and database management (Lawson’s experience is a plus).

Skills & Abilities:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent judgment and decision-making abilities.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment & Physical Demands:

• Office-based role in a well-lit, modern setting.
• Prolonged sitting and computer use.
• Occasional lifting (up to 10 lbs), standing, and bending.
• Ability to work extended hours, especially during month-end close.
