Responsibilities

Provide full accounting expertise, including AR Collections.
Reconcile balance sheet accounts, prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings and cash position reporting.
Process accounting through QuickBooks.
Enhance billing, revenue recognition and costing functions and internal controls with proven process improvement skills.
Prepare financial, billing, and job reports.
Strong Quick Books knowledge of billing, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, accounts payable, inventory, journal entries and financial reporting.
Overtime availability is expected
