About the Role- Accountant Deliver core accounting functions that drive efficiency, from payments and payroll to tax compliance and financial reporting. Key Responsibilities Process high-volume hotel/vendor invoices, payments, and document management. Handle payroll data submission, PIT filings, social security, and coordination with external providers. Manage audits (internal/external), tax filings (VAT, CIT, WHT, PIT), and regulatory compliance Post journal entries, issue VAT invoices monthly, reconcile revenues across channels, and prepare financial reports. Support daily bookings, refunds, and ad-hoc tasks while embracing Accor's Heartist culture and ESG commitments. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in Accounting & Finance Minimum 6 years of relevant experience. Preferred to have prior working experience with tax consultancy/audit/hospitality Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); Strong knowledge of Vietnamese tax regulations and social security. Excellent Vietnamese and English communication; Attention to detail, organizational skills, Ability to coordinate with internal teams (Finance, P&C, Operations) and externals (banks, auditors, vendors).
