and are seeking a dedicated Accountant to support our Financial Operations.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a Qualified Accountant, preferably with a background in hospitality to manage our financial records and ensure compliance with industry regulations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of
3 years of experience in accounting.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Qualified Accountant.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, beneficial to have
    this experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proficient in end-to-end payroll administration, including calculating wages, managing statutory deductions (PAYE, PRSI, USC), handling employee benefits, preparing monthly payroll reports, and ensuring full compliance with Irish employment and tax regulations.
  • Experienced with payroll software such as Sage, BrightPay, and Thesaurus.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    Pay: €40,000.00-€68,627.63 per year

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports.
  • Monitor and analyse financial performance, providing insights for improvement.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Collaborate with Department Heads to budget and forecast financial performance.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial policies.
  • Assist in the preparation of annual audits and financial reviews.
