Description

Job Overview:
We are seeking an Accountant with a strong background in IT Sector accounting to join our team. The accountant will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing reports, handling accounts receivable and payable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ⁠ ⁠Manage the day-to-day financial operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • ⁠ ⁠Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and other financial documents.
  • ⁠ ⁠Ensure compliance with UAE tax laws including VAT and other applicable taxes.
  • ⁠ ⁠Prepare and submit regulatory filings and financial statements in accordance with UAE Accounting Standards.
  • ⁠ ⁠Coordinate with auditors during annual audits, providing all necessary documentation and support.
  • ⁠ ⁠Process commission payments and incentives for agents, ensuring timely and accurate calculation.
  • ⁠ ⁠Handle property operating costs, such as maintenance fees, management fees, utilities, and other related expenses.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • ⁠ ⁠Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • ⁠ ⁠Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as an Accountant in UAE.
  • ⁠ ⁠Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
  • ⁠ ⁠Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal teams, property owners, and external auditors.
  • ⁠ ⁠Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • ⁠ ⁠Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • ⁠ ⁠Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
