Job Description
We are seeking an Accountant with experience in the transport and maintenance sector to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will manage company accounts, track expenses related to vehicles and projects, and ensure accurate financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting records (payables, receivables, invoices).
• Track vehicle maintenance costs, fuel, spare parts, and repair expenses.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and project-wise cost reports.
• Monitor LPOs, contracts, and driver allowances.
• Assist in preparing budgets and cash flow reports.
• Coordinate with operations and management teams for accurate expense allocation.
• Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards and company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in accounting for transport/logistics/maintenance companies.
• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables, reports).
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
