Core tasks include preparing and posting journal entries, maintaining the general ledger, reconciling bank and account statements, and assisting with monthly, quarterly, and annual closings. The role involves processing accounts payable and receivable, verifying invoices, monitoring payments, and supporting cash flow management. The Accountant will also assist with budgeting, variance analysis, and financial reports for management, while ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards, internal controls, and organizational policies. Collaboration with internal departments, external auditors, and vendors is required to resolve discrepancies and support smooth financial operations.
