Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our team. As a Junior Accountant, you will be responsible for assisting with various accounting tasks and ensuring the accuracy of financial records. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in the field of accounting.
Duties:
- Assist with the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements
- Perform account analysis and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Prepare journal entries and maintain general ledger accounts
- Assist with the preparation of tax returns and compliance with tax regulations
- Conduct research on accounting standards and best practices
- Support the senior accounting team in various ad-hoc projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- Strong knowledge of corporate accounting principles and practices
- Familiarity with balance sheet reconciliation and financial statement preparation
- Previous experience in public accounting or governmental accounting is preferred
- Proficient in account analysis and journal entries
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
