Description

Position Overview This role supports core accounting functions by ensuring financial transactions are processed accurately and on time. Key duties include managing customer billing, preparing and posting journal entries, and recording incoming and outgoing payments. The position involves monitoring account balances, investigating discrepancies, and completing regular bank reconciliations to maintain financial accuracy. Key Duties and Responsibilities Responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Participate in prompt and accurate billing of customers * Process journal entries, record customer and vendor payments * Manage the status of account balances and identify inconsistencies * Bank reconciliations * Assist with internal reporting as needed * Assist with special projects as assigned Skills and Requirements * Excellent written and spoken English (B2-C1) * Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field * Understanding of accounting fundamentals * Excellent communication skills * Sound judgment, excellent decision making and problem-solving skills * Strong computer skills including the ability to learn new applications * Good knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel) * Ability to manage time efficiently as well as multitask The above information on this description has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed by associates within this classification.
