We are now searching for an Accountant based in India to support our growing Accounting Team in the United Kingdom, remotely. Mission: Deliver high quality accounting services to a portfolio of clients in the UK. Outcomes: Support the Client Manager/ Accounting Manager to deliver high quality accounting services to a portfolio of UK SME clients including bank reconciliations, fixed assets, register, raising journals and preparing financial reports Preparing Unaudited Financial Statements, VAT quarterly submissions, and payroll support for clients Understand and adhere to UK financial regulations and legislation Work with internal stakeholders and third-party consultants on specifications To do this you will have: Recognised degree/diploma in Accountancy At least 3 years of UK Accounting experience Experience managing a portfolio of clients Good understanding of IFRS and regulatory compliance Highly proficient in Excel, Xero, Dext and Quickbooks, additional software advantageous High level of accuracy and attention to detail, proactive and self driven, good interpersonal and communication skills and English fluency. For you to excel, you’ll need to be present in your calls and make sure you properly receive and thoughtfully send messages to others in the business. About the Interview process: The successful candidate will participate in the below interview stages. It might seem like a lot - but fear not - we come prepared! We anticipate the process to last no more than 3 weeks from start to finish depending on your availability Introductory call A ~30 minute video call with a member of our HR team to discuss your application and get a better understanding of your experience and expectations for the role.
