JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for an experienced Accountant with a strong background in financial management and a proven ability to use Zoho Books or Zoho Finance Suite. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company’s financial records, ensuring accuracy in reporting, and supporting the overall financial health of the business.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
• Proficiency in using Zoho Books or Zoho Finance Suite is required.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Experience with inventory management and cost accounting is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in financial records.

• Process payroll and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
• Monitor cash flow and prepare cash flow forecasts.
• Assist in budgeting and financial planning processes.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory and cost of goods sold (COGS) for floral products.
• Utilize Zoho Books or Zoho Finance Suite to manage invoices, expenses, and financial transactions.
• Collaborate with external auditors and tax advisors as needed.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in financial management.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business growth and decision-making.
