We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance with UAE VAT regulations.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of accounting experience, preferably within the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT laws and compliance.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, Zoho Books, or ERP systems).
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience of real estate management will be an advantage

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CMA) is a plus.

  Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per mont

• Maintain and update financial records in accordance with IFRS and UAE regulations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in all financial reporting.
• Handle VAT filings, compliance, and documentation as per FTA guidelines.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Support the finance team with ad-hoc tasks and financial analysis.
