Reporting directly to the Global Finance Manager, As an Accountant at Xref, you’ll play a key role in ensuring accurate financial operations, compliance, and reporting. You’ll support day-to-day accounting processes, collaborate with teams across the business, and contribute to projects that drive efficiency and financial insights. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being hands-on with both transactional and analytical tasks. Key Responsibilities Daily reconciliation of company bank accounts, credit cards and travel cards (Xero) Manage supplier & vendor relationships Oversee Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Support payroll and employee expense claim processing Collaborate with sales and customer success teams on finance matters Assist with month-end close, including reconciliations and internal reports Provide ad hoc financial support to the CFO and Finance Manager. Qualifications A degree in Finance/Accounting (or currently completing professional qualifications – CA, CPA, CGA, CMA) Experience in accounting functions (AP, AR, reconciliations, reporting) Strong technical skills in Xero, MYOB, Sage, or ERP systems (Salesforce experience is a plus) Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and time management Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across teams and our client A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and ability to prioritise under pressure Additional Information Why Join Us?
