This role is integral to ensuring the accuracy of financial records and compliance with local regulations while contributing to the company’s success.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting or a similar role.
  • Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Tally, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with UAE tax regulations, including VAT compliance.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Certifications: Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA are an advantage.
Responsibilities
  • Financial Management: Prepare, examine, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and ensure proper ledger entries.
  • Tax Preparation: Assist in preparing and filing VAT returns and other tax-related documents as per UAE regulations.
  • Budgeting: Support the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial planning reports.
  • Reconciliations: Perform regular bank, account, and ledger reconciliations to maintain financial accuracy.
  • Audit Support: Collaborate with auditors during internal and external audits, providing required documentation.
  • Accounts Payable/Receivable: Monitor and manage invoicing, collections, and vendor payments.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to local financial laws, accounting standards, and company policies.
