As an?Accounting Account?Manager, you manage assigned client relationships, oversee accounting functions, and deliver?accurate?financial reporting while managing projects and revenue responsibly.? The Accounting Account Manager (AM)?is responsible for?delivering?accurate,?timely, and trusted accounting services to assigned agency clients. This role manages client relationships, oversees delegated accounting work, ensures contractual obligations are met, and protects both client financial integrity and firm profitability.?The AM role is consultative and supervisory in nature, with an emphasis on judgment, workflow management, and proactive client care. Core Responsibilities? Oversee accounting functions for assigned agency clients? Ensure all contractual obligations are met, including scope, timelines, and billable hours? Deliver?accurate?month-end reporting, analysis, and General Ledger reviews? Manage and track project revenue, budgets, and contractual commitments? Delegate work to Junior Account Managers and Support Center resources and verify accuracy and timeliness? Provide proactive client communication and manage expectations? Identify?risks, discrepancies, and improvement opportunities through GL review and project oversight? Mentor and train Junior Account Managers through coaching and feedback? Maintain?accurate, compliant timekeeping for all billable and non-billable work? Protect client confidentiality and adhere to company policies and standards?
